西宁地区妇女生殖器单纯疱疹病毒感染(二)

THE INFECTION OF HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS IN WOMEN'S GENITALIA AT XINING AREA(二)

对366例宫颈炎患者进行单纯疱疹病毒（HSV）感染情况的调查，用间接免疫荧光法分型。发现感染阳性率为8．2％，其中Ⅰ型感染占30％，Ⅱ型占70％。宫颈炎中HSV感染的年龄分布以性活跃期（18－45岁）感染率为高。

We obsetved the infectious rate of Herpes Simplex Virus in 366 cases of cervicitis,typed viruses by monoclonal antibody and fiuorescenee antibody technique. The positive rate was 8. 2%,among the positive cases,HSV - 1 infection made up 30%,and HSV - 2 70%. The positive rate in 18- 45 years old group nainely sexual active period was higher than that in above 46 years old group. (P＜0.05)
