大鼠听皮质(41区)胼胝体神经元轴突在胼胝体内的定位─HRP法研究

摘要 为探讨听皮质(41区)胼胝体神经元轴突在胼胝体内的局部定位关系,本文人为地将听皮质按四个象限分为41卫区A、41区B、41区C和41区D四个亚区,应用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆轴突标不己法,对40只Wistar大鼠听皮质各部标记纤维在胼胝体正中矢状面上的分布范围进行了观测和分析,结果表明:141区标记的胼胝体神经元轴突分布在距胼胝体尾端0.11mm向吻侧0.75mm范围。各部的标记纤维在胼胝体中重叠分布,但各自又有着相对的局限区域。2在胼胝体中标记的41区胼胝体神经元轴突由疏松标记区,致密标记区和混合标记区三部分组成。各部的致密区均位于各自标记区的尾侧。 The auditory cortex(area 41 ) were divided artifically into four subareas, which include area 41A,area 41B,area 41C and area 41D according to four quadrants,for studying the axonal topographic organization of the callosal neurons in different parts of the auditory cortex(area 41 ) in the corpus callosum.The range of the labelled fibers on the median sagittal plane of the corpus callosum were examtried and analysed by the method of retrograde axonal labelling of HRP in 40 rats. The results showed: 1. The axons of the labelled callosal neurons of area 41 were located in a range of 0.11mm to 0. 75mm from caudal to rostral direction in the corpus callosum. Overlapping labelled fibers of different parts were found in the corpus callosum but these fibers showed a relatively resticted distribution.2. Labelled axons of the callosal neurons of area 41 consisted of loose,compacted and mixtured labelled regions. All the compacted regions were found in caudal parts of labelled areas.
