摘要
应用正交试验法探讨氨氮空白偏高的原因,确定了防止氨氮空白偏高的最佳显色条件为用无氨水作空白,用过滤的酒石酸钾钠溶液作掩蔽剂,20℃比色测定,所得测定空白吸光度最低。同时还发现氨氮空白的升高,可使样品监测结果偏低,显色温度升高,可使样品监测结果偏高。
