摘要
以2,4-二硝基苯肼光度法测定果汁中Vc含量为例,分析了不确定度分量的来源及评定,确定了各不确定度分量值与灵敏系数,给出了2,4-二硝基苯肼光度法测定果汁中Vc含量的扩展不确定度。
2,4-dinitrohenzenejing luminosity law was used to determine the Vc content in fruit juice. The uncertainty component in it was analyzed and evaluated, the size and the sensitive coefficience of various uncertainty were determined. The expansion uncertainty of Vc content in fruit juice with the determination of 2,4-dinitrohenzenejing luminosity law was presented.
