摘要
通过不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对野生酢浆草、红花酢浆草和三角紫叶酢浆草的过氧化物同工酶(POD同工酶)进行了研究。结果表明:野生酢浆草出现3条谱带,迁移率(Rf)分别为0.2140、.269和0.538;红花酢浆草仅出现2条谱带,迁移率(Rf)分别为0.215和0.269;三角紫叶酢浆草也出现2条谱带,迁移率(Rf)分别为0.419和0.484。野生酢浆草和三角紫叶酢浆草过氧化物酶活性远远高于红花酢浆草,其中野生酢浆草过氧化物酶活性最强。
The POD iaozymes from Oxalis corymbosa DC, Oxalis comiculata L. and Oxalis truangularis A. St. Hil. were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, The results showed that Oxalis corymbosa DC had 3 isozyme bands of Rf0.214, 0.269 and 0.538, Oxalis comiculata L. had 2 isozyme bandsof Rf0.215 and 0.269 and Oxalis trianguloris A,St. Hil. also had 2 isozyme bards of Rf0.419 and 0.484. The POD activities of Oxalk corymbosa DC and Oxalis trianguloris A, St, Hil were much stronger than that of Oxalis comiculata L, and the POD activity of Oxalis corymbosa DC was the strongest.
