摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了不同浓度的Cu2+对栉孔扇贝肌肉过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明:随着Cu2+浓度的增高,CATS、OD、GSH-PX的活性表现为“抑制-诱导-抑制”的规律,但CAT整体仍是抑制的特性。扇贝肌肉组织CAT、GSH-PXS、OD对海洋铜的早期污染均具指示作用,其中最为灵敏的指标是GSH-PX,其次是SOD和CAT。
The effect of Cu^2+ under long term exposure on Chlamysfarreri antioxidnat enzyme in muscle was studied, such as the activities of CAT, SOD and GSH-PX. Mter 10 days' exposure experiment, the results showed that the activities of CAT, SOD and GSH-PX were inhabited at low level of Cu^2 + , and then inducted, and finally inhabited with the high level of Cu^2+ ;but the activities of CAT was fully inhabited. The results also suggested that GSH- PX be more sensitive than SOD and CAT to Cu^2+ exposure, and they could be served as bio-monitoring index of low concention Cu^2+ exposure in marine.
