摘要
以小麦为试材,测定了二甲四氯对小麦种子芽长、根长和鲜重的抑制作用。结果表明:二甲四氯对小麦种子芽长的72 hEC50为798.28 mg/kg;二甲四氯对小麦种子芽长、根长和鲜重的抑制作用之间存在极显著差异。
The restrain activity of MCPA to wheat bud, root and fresh weigh was measured. The outcome showed that the ECho was 798.28 mg/kg of MCPA to wheat seed and bud at 72 h. In addition, there was great difference among them.
