摘要
采用水培试验,研究了光合细菌球形红细菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides)菌悬液对铜胁迫下小麦(Triticum aestivum)和油菜(Brassicacampestris)幼苗生长及富集铜的效应。结果表明:过量Cu2+对小麦、油菜幼苗的生长有抑制作用;油菜幼苗比小麦幼苗更易积累环境中的Cu2+;施用球形红细菌菌液后,小麦、油菜生长受到Cu2+的抑制都有不同程度的缓解;其各部分铜的积累都有不同程度的降低,而且70 mg/L菌悬液比35 mg/L菌悬液缓解作用更为明显。
With water-culture method, the effects of Rhodobacter sphaeroides solution on the growth and copper accumulation of wheat( Triticwn aaestivum)and cole(Brassica campestris)under copper stress were researched. The results showed that Cu^2+ can inhibit the seedling growth. Although the cole seedling and the wheat seedling could accumulate copper, the cole seedling could accumulate more copper by eomparison. Rhodobacter sphaeroides improved the inhibition effects on the seedling growth under copper stress and could also reduce the copper accumulation of two crop seedlings at different degree.
