摘要
从疑似肾型传染性支气管炎(IB)死鸡肾脏中分离到1株病毒,经鸡胚传代,到第3代,出现卷缩胚,第8代,卷缩胚达到50%。第3-8代的尿囊液经胰蛋白酶处理后对鸡红细胞可引发凝集。以琼脂凝胶沉淀试验检测,病料处理后的收获液、第3-8代鸡胚尿囊液与肾型IBV抗血清均可形成沉淀线,其沉淀线与肾型IBV阳性抗原和肾型IBV抗血清之间形成的沉淀线发生完全融合。该分离株在鸡胚病毒干扰试验中对新城疫病毒LaSota株的增殖有显著干扰作用。动物回归试验,试验鸡感染分离毒株,发病率达100%,死亡率达40%,死鸡的病理变化明显而典型。结果表明,该分离毒株是鸡肾型IBV。
A viral strain was isolated from kidney of died chickens that they were suspected to be infected by avian infectious bronchitis nephritiss (IBN) and went down to the future generation in chicken embryos. The infceted embryos of the third generation began to form erispate embryos, and the half of the eighth generation was crispate embryos. Chicken red blood cells were agglutinated with the umbilical liquid being treated with trypsase from the third generation to eighth generation, Precipitating belt could form between the hole filled with liquid of pathological tissue and the hole filled antiserum of IB- NV, and precipitating belt could form between the hole filled umbilical liquid from the third generation to eighth generation and the hole filled antiserum of IBNV. And two precipitating belts could link with the precipitating belt that was fomaed between the hole filled antigen of IBNV and the hole filled antiserum of IBNV. The viral strain interfered remarkably in multiplication of LaSota strain of Newcastle disease virus in viral interference test. The experimental chickens were infected with the viral strain in the test of returning pathogen to host, and IB incidence rote was 100%, the mortality rate was 40%. The pathological changes of chickens died were obvious and typical. The result mentloned-above indicated that the viral strain was IBNV.
