饲养条件对波尔山羊超数排卵效果的影响

摘要 研究饲养条件对波尔山羊超数排卵效果的影响。结果表明,在室内控温(22-24℃)和室外自然条件下(10~20℃),分别对处女母羊和经产母羊进行超数排卵处理,无论是处女母羊还是经产母羊,超排效果差异都极显著(P〈0.01)。此外,在日粮中添加青绿多汁饲料对处女母羊和经产母羊的超排效果都有改善作用(P〈0.05),其中日粮中添加青绿多汁饲料的处女母羊的超排效果接近未添加青绿多汁饲料的经产母羊。因此,波尔山羊在进行超数排卵时,应选择经产母羊,日粮中应添加青绿多汁饲料,避开低温条件进行。 In this paper, we observed the effects of raising conditions on superovulation of Boer Goat, The results indicated that the environmental temperature, under which the virgin Boers and pluriparous Boers were kept, had an obvious effects on the superovulatiou of the treated virgin Boers and pluriparous Boers, and there was the most significant difference between the treated Boers, which were kept indoor under'the room temperature of 22 - 24 ℃ and kept outdoor under tenapecrture between 10- 20℃ in superovulation (P 〈 0.01 ). In addition, when treated Boers were given additional dark green juicy fodder in dietary, the superovulation could be improved obviously (P 〈0.05). The superovulation of virgin Boers, which were given with the dietary added with dark green juicy fodder, was the same as the superovulation of pluriparous Boers, which were given with a dietary without dark green juicy fodder. We concluded that we should select pluriparous Boers, give dark green juicy fodder in the dietary and also should avoid low temperature on superovulation of Boer Goat.
