摘要
本文报告４例（２例气胸、１例恶性胸水及１例胸内肿瘤）复张性肺水肿，经积极治疗，３例抢救成功。作者结合文献对其病因、预防及治疗进行讨论，提出强化液体疗法可能是救治成功的关键。
The paper reported 4 cases of reexpansion pulmonary edema(2 pneumoth-orax,1 malignant pleural effusion and 1 intrathoracic tumor).3 patiens were rescued success-fully by active treatment.The causes,prevention and treatment have been discussed and theauthors believe that successful parenteral liquid therapy is the key of treatment.
