根瘤菌对紫花苜蓿接种效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 将中国农业大学菌种库(CCBAU)提供的10株苜蓿根瘤菌分别接种在奔马、金皇后、金太阳3个品种的紫花苜蓿上,经初筛和盆栽复筛,结果表明:R193菌株与奔马苜蓿品种匹配效果最佳,且固氮效果较好,单株含氮量比对照增加55.08%,总含氮量比对照高105%,经PCR测定,其占瘤率约为50%。 10 rhizobia strains from CCBAE were inoculated in three alfalfa( Medicago Sativa ) cultivars: Benma, Jinhuanghou and Jintaiyang and high-efficient strains were screened for several cultivars of alfalfa grown in vermiculite and soil pot. The results showed that R193 strain could significantly match with Benma and the effect of fixed nitrogen was better. Compared with CK, the nitrogenous content was increased by 55.08% and total nitrog-enous content was increased by 105%. ERIC-PER were used for the measuration of ratio of nedulation occupancy and competitiveness in this research and the ratio of nodulation occupancy by R193 was about 50%.
