摘要
本文报告用胫骨结节前内移术治疗膝关节骨关节炎２６例，随访半年至３年，病人症状消失，功能恢复良好。认为此手术操作简便，病人痛苦少，术后恢复快，尤其对伴有膝外翻的单髁骨性关节炎及年龄较轻的病人效果更好。
The paper reported 26 cases of knee osteoarthritis treated by anterointer-nal transposition of tibial tubercle. All patients had been followed up for six months to threeyears. Their symptoms disappeared and knee function improved well.The authors think thatthe operation is simple and patient has less suffering and rapid recovery,especially for singlecondylar osteoarthritis with genu valgum and young patient.
