壳聚糖对公园污水渠杀菌效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 以郑州市国家森林公园内污水渠为对象,研究了酸溶剂、pH值、壳聚糖分子量和浓度对壳聚糖杀菌效果的影响。结果表明:乙酸为较好的酸溶剂;最适pH值为5-6;壳聚糖分子量为4.4kd时,杀菌效果最好,其余分子量的壳聚糖杀菌曲线均出现峰值,10h后培养液中细菌数均极少;壳聚糖杀菌率随浓度的增大而增大。壳聚糖可以应用于部分地表水的除菌。 Effect of anti-bacterial activity of CIS against surface water were studied and the acid solvent, molecular weight, pH value and concentration were also investigated. The result showed that acetic acid was the better acid solvent; the fittest pH value was between 5 - 6. The inhibiting rate was the highest when molecular weight was 4,4 kd and the antibacterial kinetic curves of CIS with other molecular weights had summit value. The number of bacteria was few after 10 hours. The antibacterial rate of CTS was enhanced with the rising of concentration. CTS can be used to inhibit bacterial in some surface water.
