Research on the Optimal Allocation of Rural Water Resource Based on the Sustainable Development

农村水资源是影响我国社会主义新农村建设的主要因素之一。从可持续发展的角度出发,通过对我国的农村水环境和水资源现状的分析,提出基于可持续发展四大原则的“以供定需”农村水资源分配模式,并提出执行分配模式的农村水资源管理具体对策。

Water resource plays a very important role in the construction of new socialist countryside. In this article on the basis of sustainable utilization of rural water resources new allocation model ＂The Supply Depanding on the Demand＂ was put forward and some effective countemcasures of rural water resource management were provided through the analysis of rural water environment and the status quo of the water resource.
