论我国农业政策性银行法律制度的构建

我国的农业政策性银行运行了10多年时间,但农业政策性银行法尚未出台。从农业政策性银行法产生的理论基础出发,分析了其法律性质,立法误区,并结合我国国情对农业政策性银行法的构建提出了一些建议。
