发展城市化战略是解决“三农”问题最有效的途径,而城市化的发展主要是产业集群的发展。农业产业集群有其独特的特点,这些独特的特点对农村城市化有着极为重要的意义。因此,应通过大力发展农业产业集群来促进农村城市化。

Rural urbanization is an effective method to solve the problem in economic development of agriculture. The development of rural urbanization is mainly to develop the industrial cluster. Agricultural industrial cluster has its individual peculiarities and those peculiarities make great sense to the rural urbanization. Therefore, we should constructively develop the agricultural industrial cluster in order to proulote the developruent of rural urbanization.
