摘要
法学教育有职业教育和素质教育两种模式。美国的法学教育是典型的职业教育,重在训练学生解决实务问题的能力;中国的法学教育重视法学基础理论知识的掌握,培养的学生因欠缺操作法律事务的技巧,难于从事相关工作而饱受指责。解决问题的关键不在于效仿美国的职业教育模式,取消法学本科教育,而是发挥自身优势,取人之长补己之短。
There are two modes of law science education: professicnal education and ability education. In America, law education is a typical professional education, pays attention to training the ability to solve practical problems. Yet in China, it pays more attention to the basic theory, thus has been criticized strongly because the students can't solve legal matters skillfully. The key to the question lies in giving play to superiority of ourselves and learning from each others.
