摘要
用国产凝血酶口服治疗急性上消化道出血120例，以原发病和出血程度相同的患者用其它止血药物治疗100例对照。结果治疗总有效率为96．67％，对照组患有效率为80．0％，两组疗效比较有效率有显著性差异（P＜0．005）。认为该药止血迅速，疗效确切。
In this paper, we report that 120 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were treated by thrombinum and 100 cases were treated with other drugs as control. The results of between two group had a significant difference (96. 67 % Vs 80, 0% P<0. 005). Our date suggested that thrombinum can stop bleeding rapidly.
