摘要
USB总线是一种支持热插拔、即插即用、传输速率最高可以达到480Mbps的串行总线;第三代自动测试系统强调以计算机为中心,基于标准总线技术联接外部仪器/设备来构建系统。本文从USB总线和自动测试系统的自身特点出发,讨论了基于USB总线构建自动测试系统的优势。并提出了系统构建过程中需要注意的问题及其解决方法。
USB is a serial bus, supporting hot swap, plug and play, and the highest transfer rate up to 480 Mbps. The third generation ATS features in a system construction with computer as the center connected with external instruments/equipments based on standard bus technique. This paper discusses the advantages of constructing ATS according to the characteristics of USB and ATS, and problems and solutions in the procedure of ATS constructing are also put forward in this paper.
