摘要
我院自1990年至1995年共收住老年巨大鞘膜积液患者18例，本文对其临床特点及诊断治疗方法进行了分析，以为鞘膜切除术是患者比较理想之手术方式，并对手术当中需注意事项，结合老年患者的心理和生理特点进行了分析和讨论。
18 cases of elderly patients with hydrocele have been admitted consecutively from 1990 to 1994, In view Of such aging men,some clinical characteristics and related treatment were discussed and hydrocelectomy of tunica vaginalis was suggested an available method. Key points on provention of postoperative complications was emphasized.
