摘要
本文报告子宫动脉尿管支保存法宫颈癌根治术１５３例，术中发生输尿管损伤１例；术后发生膀胱麻痹１６例，淋巴囊肿形成１７例，发生率分别为１０．５％和１１．１％。
The paper reported 153 cases performed radical hysterectomy with reservedureter branch of uterine artery. One case occured ureter injury during operation. 16(10.5%)casesoccured cystoparalysis and 17(11.1%)got lymphocyst postoperatively.
