聚碳酸酯与高支化聚苯乙烯共混物热性能的研究

摘要 用示差扫描量热法和热失重法分析了聚碳酸酯(PC)与高支化苯乙烯共混物的热性能。研究结果表明:共混物的玻璃化转变温度比基体PC的玻璃化转变温度低,但下降幅度不是很大,最高低4℃;共混物的热分解温度比基体PC的热分解温度低,但是都在474℃以上,共混物保持了基体材料PC优异的热性能。 The thermal property of PC/highly-branched polystyrene (HBPS) blend was analyzed by means of DSC and TGA. The results indicated that the glass transition temperature of PC/HBPS blends was slightly decreased compared with that of pure PC, 4 ℃ decreased at most ; the thermal decomposition temperature of PC/HBPS blends was lower, but was higher than 474℃ ; the blend had retained the excellent thermal property of PC matrix material.
