摘要 研究了一种带环氧基团的新型反应型增容剂乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(PTW)对PA6/PP合金性能的影响。对PA6/PP体系的冲击强度、弯曲强度、热变形温度和吸水率等性能进行了研究。结果表明:PTW对PA6/PP有很好反应增容作用;当PA6/PP/PTW质量比为60/40/(5~10)时,合金获得最佳综合性能,尤其对吸水率和冲击韧性的改善效果尤为显著。吸水率从PA6的1.32%降为0.3%,简支梁缺口冲击强度从4.14 kJ/m^2提高至15.51 kJ/m^2。 The influence of a novel reactive compatibilizer ethylene-butyl acrylatemethacrylic acid glycerin ester eopolymer (PTW) eontainning epoxy group on the property of PA6/PP alloy was studied. The Charpy notched impact strength, bending strength, heat distortion temperature and water absorption of the alloy were studied. The resuhs showed PTW had good reactive eompatibilizing effect on PA6/PP alloy. The alloy would have the best comprehensive property when the mass ratio of PA6/PP/PTW was 60:40:5 - 10, especially on the water absorption and impact toughness of the alloy, the water absorption of PA6 decreased from 1.32% to 0.3%, and the Charpy notched impact strength of the alloy increased from 4.14 kJ/m^2 to 15.51 kJ/m^2.
