摘要
城市联盟是两个或者两个以上的城市为了一定的愿景目的,建立在一定的契约之上的一种合作性超边界组织。论文利用协同理论和模型对城市联盟这一复杂系统进行了分析,研究城市联盟的内在机理。
The city association is a kind of co-operation and cross-boarder organization that set up by two or more cities in order to achieve some determined objectives, the organization is based on some contracts. By using the relative theories and models of co-ordinate, this essay provides a detailed analysis for the city association system and, internal mechanism.
