摘要
企业的持续竞争优势主要体现在核心能力上,对核心能力理论也成为国内外学者研究焦点。迄今为止,关于核心能力的研究多为定性的理论分析,缺乏比较具体可操作的系统分析方法。本文从企业核心能力的特征入手,试图将企业核心能力划分为“市场-技术-管理”三个层次。其中,“市场层”是企业核心能力的价值体现,“技术层”是企业核心能力的价值源泉,“管理层”体现了企业核心能力的整合过程。在此基础上,构建企业核心能力的评价指标体系,并采用量化——半量化相结合的多级模糊综合评价方法,分析影响企业核心能力提升的主要因素,从而找出培育和提高企业核心能力的切入点。
Persistent competition predominance of enterprise is mainly embodied by enterprise core competence, and the theory of core competence is also becoming the focus of the study of scholars in and out of our country. So far, the study about core competence is mainly a study of qualitative theory analysis, and lacks in a systems analysis method which is exercisable. By the perspective of the natures of enterprise core competence, the paper tries to analyze core competence from market-technology-management. Market layer is the embodiment of core competence value, technology layer is the source of core competence value, and management layer is the embodiment of the conformity process of core competence. The paper focuses on constructing evaluation index system of enterprise core competence and multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model using quantity and half quantity methods and analyzing the main factors which affect core competence exaltation, and expects to help enterprise find out the breakthrough points to develop their core competence.
