摘要 通过将电气石磨加到铸铁搪瓷面釉中,并对铸铁搪瓷的制作工艺进行合理设计,获得了具有产生负离子功能的铸铁搪瓷。经ITC-201A Smart IonsMonitor负离子测试仪检测,其发射负离子最高可达28090个/cm3,1m in平均值为1160个/cm3。用X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对负离子铸铁搪瓷的晶体结构和显微结构进行分析,结果表明,该铸铁搪瓷面釉中所磨加的电气石,经过涂搪烧成后,其晶体结构没有发生相变,仍为六方柱状晶体。从而得出结论:磨加电气石超细粉体是使该铸铁搪瓷获得负离子功能的主要原因。 One kind of cast iron enamel with negative ion releasing property was prepared by mill addition of tourmaline powder into the cover coat. The crystal structure and microstructure of the enamel with negative ion releasing property were investigated with the help of X - ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). Experiment results showed that the maximum concentration of negative air ions ( Cion-) emitted from cast iron enamel/tourmaline specimen reached 28090 particles/cm^3, and its average value per minute reached 1160 particles/cm^3. Crystals on the surface of the enamel were hexagonal, which were the same as the tourmaline powder. It demonstrated that phase transformation of the tourmaline powder in the enamel did not happen during the enameling firing process.
