酒精囊内注射治疗肾囊肿

PERCUTANEOUS ASPIRATION AND INTRACYSTIC INJECTION OF ALCOHOL FOR TREATMENT OF BENIGN RENAL CYST

自1992年起采用B超定位下经皮肾穿刺注射酒精治疗肾囊肿48例，随防1月至2年，囊肿完全消失无复发，且无明显并发症、此方法简单、创伤小。具有可反复穿刺，治愈率高，病人易于接受等优点。

Since 1992, 48 cases of renal cysts have been treated with percutaneous aspiration and 95 % alcohol injection under ultrasound guidance. All the cases have been followed up by ultrasonography for one month to two years after treatment. There was neither reccurrence nor complication.
