摘要
运用藻类抑制试验,以光密度法确定藻细胞的生物量,研究了兽医临床12种常用的抗菌药对铜绿微囊藻及斜生栅藻的急性毒性。试验结果表明,大多数所测定的抗菌药对两种藻都有不同程度的抑制作用,半数抑制浓度(EC50)值处于mg/l水平,同时,抗菌药对藻类的急性毒性呈明显的剂量效应关系,并且两种藻对于抗菌药的敏感性不同,铜绿微囊藻对抗菌药更为敏感。
The growth inhibiting effects of twelve antibiotics Used either therapeutically or as growth promoters in intensive farming on two species of micro algae, Microcystis aeruginosa Kutz. (freshwater cyanobacteria) and Scenedesmus obliqus Kutz. ( green algae)were investigated. Alga growth was measured by an optical density method for determination of algal biomass. Results showed that most antibiotics could inhibit the development of two species of algae with EC50 value in the mg/l range. This study indicated that there was an excellent relationship between dose and effects. At the same time, M. aeruginosa was found to be more sensitive to antibiotic than S. obliqus.
