Characteristics of coal industry and scientific development

从分析煤炭产业的特点出发,提出科学采煤的5个主要方面煤炭生产机械化、煤炭生产与环境保护、矿井矸石与利用、煤矿安全生产和提高资源回收率。认为解决煤炭企业的经济问题是煤炭工业健康发展的前提。研究了煤矿产业链和煤炭城市(地区)资源优势向经济优势的转换问题,要处理好受益与补偿的关系。

Start from analyzing the characteristics of coal industry, five main aspects for scientific mining are put forward: coal production mechanization, coal production and environmental protection, mine wastes and utilization, coal mine safety and improving resource recovery. The article holds that the prerequisit for health development of coal industry is to solve economic problem in coal interprise. The transform of coal mine industry link and resource advantage of coal-producing city (area) to economic superiority is studied and it hold that the relation between benefit and compensation should be treated well.
