摘要
高温高压经轴染色机适应染整行业小批量、多品种的发展趋势,其染色织物具有尺寸稳定性好、不易产生折皱、滑爽挺括等诸多优点,经济和社会效益明显。但该机型在染色过程中容易产生内外色差和幅向色差,影响了经轴染色机的发展。文章介绍了国内外一些公司改善高温高压经轴染色机染色色差的方法,分析了产生幅向色差的主要原因,并提出了通过改进经轴结构来改善经轴染色幅向色差的方法,建立了变截面经轴模型和变孔径经轴模型。
High-temperature-pressure beam dyer adapts to thedeveloping trend of dyeing and finishing industry towards smallquantities and diversified products. The beam-dyed fabric hasmany advantages such as good dimensional stability, highwrinkle resistance, smooth and crispy hand. However, thedevelopment of such machine has been handicapped by the factthat inside-to-outside and crosswise color difference oftenhappen during dyeing process. The article introduces themethods adopted by some companies at home and abroad for solving the color difference problem, analyzes the main reasonsleading to crosswise color difference and suggests the methodof improving the dyeing evenness via optimizing the structureof beam. Based on the concept, a model of variable cross-section beam and a model of variable diameter beam are set up.
