摘要
建立了连铸坯凝固过程传热数学模型与BP网络预测模型,并根据实测数据对两种模型分别进行了验证。结果表明两种模型都可用于实际生产,但BP网络预测模型具有建模简单,计算量小,计算精度高等优势。对铸坯表面温度的预测具有广阔的应用前景。
Heat transfer mathematical model and BP networks prediction model during solidification of continuous casting slab are established and verified with the measured data. Results show both models can be applied during the practical production. The advantages of BP networks forecast model include easier model building, lower calculation capacity and higher calculation accuracy and so on. It has an extensive application prospect for predicting the surface temperature of slab .
