经椎弓根植骨加GSS—Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经椎弓根植骨加Gss-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉系统固定治疗胸腰椎骨折对防止术后并发症的意义。方法:采用Gss-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉系统复位固定并经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折20例,术前、术后摄X线片测定椎体前缘高度与正常高度的比值,了解患者后期有无腰背部疼痛情况,有无椎弓根螺钉松动、折断等并发症。结果:术后骨折椎体高度明显恢复,椎体前缘高度与正常高度的比值以及椎管狭窄改善均明显改善经过10个月~18个月随访,复位后椎体高度无丢失,无后凸畸形,无内固定松动、拔出、断钉等并发症。结论:采用经椎弓根植骨加Gss-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折,可有效地防止后期椎体高度再丢失、后凸角度加大和内固定失败等并发症。 Objective:To study the efficacy of transpedicular intracorporeal grafting combined with GSS-Ⅱ pedicle screw internal fixation in preventing complication at'ter the operation. Methods :20 patients with thoracolumbar vertebra fracture were treated using GSS-Ⅱ pedicle screw internal fixation and transpedicular bone grafting. Radiologic outcomes measured at'ter operation and including the percentage of anterior body height were analyzed. Back pain and loosing breakage of pedicle fixation were also investigated during the follow-up period. Result:The reduction effects measured by he percentage of anterior vertebra body height were satisfying. The height of each fracture vertebra was reducted and had hardly loss without kyphosis from 10 to 18 months followed up. The spinal canal stenosis was notably improved. There were no fixation fallure. Conclusion:Transpedicular intracorporeal grafting combined with GSS-Ⅱ pedicle screw internal fixation could prevent later kyphosis and the hight of vertebra loss.
