摘要
以实际生产过的零件尺寸和工艺方案为依据,建立了挤压铸造舵面三维网格模型,计算了相应的边界条件,对充型过程中液体流动进行了数值模拟。结果表明,挤压铸造舵面充型过程中压力流和反射流的汇聚点处在舵面的右上方,并伴有搅动的液流和气体出现。与舵面实际生产情况相比较,这个部位也正是出现缺陷最多的地方。模拟结果与实际生产结果符合较好。
A three-dimensional grid model was established to simulate filling process of the rudder in squeezing casting based on practical rudder dimension and technique design, in which relevant boundary conditions were considered. Simulated results show that the converging point of pressure flow and reflect flow in filling process in squeezing casting lies at the top right sides of the rudder, accompanying with the appearance of turbulent flow and entrapped-gas. The practical produced rudder shows that its top right sides are a place where most casting defects occur. Simulated results are well in agreement with practical ones.
