大肠腺瘤及腺癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是介导细胞对缺氧微环境进行适应性反应的关键性转录调控因子。HIF-1由HIF-1α及HIF-1β组成异二聚体,HIF-1α是特异性氧调节亚单位,决定HIF-1活性。HIF-1α激活后可调节多种下游基因表达,对维持肿瘤细胞能量代谢、新生血管形成、促进肿瘤侵袭和转移起重要作用Ⅲ。研究发现,HIF-1α在一些肿瘤及其癌前病变组织中过表达,提示其与肿瘤的发生及恶性进展密切相关啪。HIF-1α在大肠正常组织-腺瘤-腺癌序列中的表达研究较少。本研究采用免疫组化SABC法研究HIF-1α在大肠腺瘤及腺癌中的表达及意义,以探讨HIF-1α在大肠癌发生发展中的作用。
