小儿先天性颅底脑膨出的诊断和治疗

Management of congenital basal encephalocele in children

目的总结6例小儿先天性颅底脑膨出的临床特点和诊治经验。方法2例采用传统开颅进行颅内修补,1例未手术,3例采用鼻内镜行脑膨出切除及修补。借助鼻内镜和电动刨削吸引系统在电视监视下微创手术。结果5例手术患儿均1次修补成功,随访3个月～4年无复发,未出现任何并发症。结论经鼻内镜下行脑膨出修补手术,简单易行,创伤小,术后恢复快,值得推广。

Objective To report the clinical features and management experience of 6 rare cases of congenital basal encephalocele in children. Methods Three patients underwent intranasal endoscopic resection and repair with the help of intranasal endoscopy and hummer resection system. Two patients underwent the traditional transcranial repair. One patient was followed up without operation. Results Five patients underwent successful surgical repair. During a follow up of 3-48 months, there was no relapse or complication. Conclusions Intranasal endoscopic repair is a safe,effective and easy procedure in the management of children with congenital basal encephalocele.
