Nd:YAG激光联合泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞

Nd:YAG laser combined with the improved surgery of placed pipe to treat the obstruction of lacrimal

目的观察Nd:YAG激光联合改良泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法泪道阻塞患者64例(64眼),在激光疏通的基础上,同时行改良泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞,置管3个月以上,定期冲洗。结果随访6～12个月,64眼中治愈50眼,好转10眼,无效4眼,无1例发生并发症。结论对泪道阻塞采用Nd:YAG激光疏通,联合改良泪道置管术,能较好的防止泪道再阻塞。

Objective To observe the effects of treating the obstruction of lacrimal ducts with Nd： YAG laser combined with the improved surgery of placed pipe. Methods Based on the deoppilation of lacrimal ducts by Nd： YAG laser, the improved surgery of placed pipe was used to treat the obstruction of lacrimal ducts with more than three months in 64 （64 eyes） patients, then bathed the lacrimal ducts regularly. Results A11 cases were followed up with 6-12 months, 50 eyes were cured, 10 eyes were improved, and 4 eyes treated ineffectively. No complications took place in any case. Conclusion It is effective to prevent the reobstruction in treating the obstruction of lacrimal ducts with Nd： YAG laser to dredge the lacrimal ducts, combined with the improved surgery of placed pipe.
