摘要
目的研究不同剂量的陡脉冲对离体牛肝的损伤效应。方法不同作用时间、不同电压、不同频率的陡脉冲作用于新鲜离体牛肝组织,测量最大坏死直径,运用B超监测作用前后灰度变化,TTC染色和HE染色观察损伤效应,同时测量组织前后温度。结果陡脉冲对离体牛肝组织的损伤为凝固性坏死,坏死直径随作用时间的延长而增大;随电压的升高而增大;随频率的增加而增大,作用后B超灰度增强,作用前后的温度变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论陡脉冲致牛肝组织的凝固性坏死有明显的量效关系,其值随剂量的增加而增加。
Objective To study the damaging effect of steep pulse on fresh excised calf liver. Metnoas Fresh excised calf liver tissues were exposed to steep pulsed electric fields set at different voltage, different time or different frequency, then the necrotic tissue diameter was measured. B-mode imaging was used to visualize the gray changes before and after steep pulse exposure. TTC and histological examination were used to observe the damaging effect. The temperature of the damaged tissues was measured. Results The damaged tissues were of coagulation necrosis by TTC and histological examination. The necrotic tissue diameter increased with the increasing of voltage, time and frequency of steep pulses. The temperature changes were not statistically significant before and after steep pulse exposure ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is apparent dose-response relation in calf liver coagulation necrosis induced by steep pulses and the necrosis diameter.
