基于RP的快速精密铸造工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了用立体光刻快速原形作为模的精密铸造的型壳制造工艺。结果表明,用石英粉100、三聚磷酸钠3、锂基膨润土2、PVB溶液7、微量的JFC和适量的甲醇,充分搅拌,制得耐火浆料。在模的表面浸涂耐火浆料并撒石英砂数次,直至结成5~10mm厚的型壳。在35℃烘箱内烘干8~10h,300℃装炉,以300℃/h升温到950℃,保温30min,即得浇注所需型壳。将石英粉挟为其它耐火粉料并对配比略加调整,即可制得其它耐火粉料的型壳,用于其它合金的铸造。 Preparation of moulding shell used Stereolithography Apparatus prototypes as the moulds was discussed. The experimental results indicates that mixture of silica powder 100,Na5P301 3, Li bentonite 2,20% PVB solution 7, tiny JFC and appropriate amount methanol could served as the refractory slurry, the refractory slurry was coated and silica grains was scattered on the prototypes for several times until 5-- 10 mm thickness of moulding shell,then baked at 35 13 for 8 to 10 hr., come into furnace for baking in 300 13 ,and the temperature of furnace was increased to 950 13 by 300 ℃/h,kept for 30 min and cool off,the moulding shell was ready, silica powders was replaced by other refractory, and formula was readjusted slightly, the mixtures could use for many alloys castings.
