摘要 通过对铸铝A356.0进行拉伸性能测定,同时利用KYKY-1000B扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其断口形貌进行分析,研究其断裂机理。结果发现铸铝A356.0裂纹起源于铸造缺陷处,裂纹是穿晶扩展,断口为准解理型,其断裂机理为穿晶型脆性断裂。 Properties of cast aluminium alloy A356. 0 are studied,fracture surface are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy . The fracture mechanism of casting aluminum alloy A356 has been studied. The results showed that crack origins from the casting defect places, crack fracture surface represents cleavage fracture and quasi-cleavage fracture characteristic. The fracture mechanism is brittle fracture that it put on the crystal.
