导电铝用精炼-变质剂配方的正交优化

Optimized Formulation of the Refining-Modificator in Refining Electric Aluminum by Orthogonal Design

摘要 介绍了导电铝用精炼-变质剂的组成,用二水平七因子的正交设计对导电铝用精炼-变质剂的配方进行优化设计。通过对试验结果和极差值的分析,得出了各组成组分对导电铝纯净度影响的重要次序,为优化配方、提高精炼-变质剂质量、调整导电铝纯度提供了依据。经综合分析,推荐出较好的配方组合:氟硼酸钾13%,炭粉34.8%,氯化钠30.5%,硝酸钠13%,六氯乙烷8.7%。 The components of the refining-modificator in refining electric aluminum was introduced, and the formulation of the refining-modificator was optimized using the orthogonal design experiment. According to the layout of 2 levels with 7 factors (27). an important order of different components affecting purification of electric aluminum was obtained through the analysis of test results and extreme difference values, and it provides the basis for optimizing formulation, enhancing the quality of the refining-modificator and adjusting purity of electric aluminum. The better formation recommended is 13 wt% KBF4, 34.8wt% Coal powder, 30.5wt% NaCl, 13wt% NaNO3, 8.7wt%C2CL6.
