摘要
连铸二冷计算机仿真是预测和分析工艺参数对浇注过程的影响规律以及优化连铸操作工艺参数的重要手段。根据方坯连铸机的结构特点,基于沿拉坯方向上移动的有限薄片层思想,建立方坯连铸凝固传热数学模型,应用面向对象的编程语言Visual Basic 6.0开发了方坯连铸二次冷却计算机仿真通用软件。该软件集连铸过程仿真计算、迭代反算二冷水量、水量公式回归、数据输入输出处理和图形处理于一体,使用方便,功能全面,在二冷技术研究、连铸生产和工程设计中具有应用前景。
Computer simulation of secondary cooling in billet continuous casting is very important means to analyze and predict the influence of processing parameters on casting process and optimize technological parameter. Based on the structural characteristics of billet caster and the concept of finite thin sections along the casting direction, the mathematical model of heat transfer in billet continuous casting process has been developed and general computer simulation software of secondary cooling in billet continuous casting has been developed using Visual Basic 6. 0. The software integrities continuous casting solidification process calculation, iterative and reverse calculation for the water flow of secondary cooling zones, regression formula of the flow capacity, data input and output, graphic processing. It has advantages of use convenience, multi-functions and has promising future in research, production and continuous caster design.
