摘要
对断裂的摩托车发动机连杆进行宏观、金相及断口分析。结果表明连杆与输出轴之间曾发生强烈磨擦,导致连杆局部区域应力集中及温度过高,降低了该区域的疲劳强度。同时该区域组织中存在的较粗大的碳化物破坏了基体组织的连续性,加速了裂纹的形成和扩展。
Analysis on metallography, macro and fracture appearance were carried out on broken link in motorbike engine. The results showed that intensive attrition had happened between link and output spindle. The attrition leaded to stress concentration and high temperature which reduced the fatigue strength at local area. The larger carbides existing in that part also wrecked continuity of the base and accelereted the forming and expanding of the crack.
