摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病视网膜损伤和转化生长因子-β(2TGFβ2)产生的关系以及TGF-β2的作用机制。方法:链脲佐菌素制备仓鼠糖尿病模型,用免疫组织化学法检测正常对照组和糖尿病动物模型(16周)视网膜中TGF-β2的表达,电镜观察其超微结构的变化。结果:糖尿病仓鼠视网膜内TGF-β2表达呈阳性染色反应,超微结构出现膜盘结构分层,数量稀少;节细胞层内质网扩张,核周间隙扩大,细胞内线粒体肿胀等变化。结论:提示TGF-β2与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)形成过程有关。
Objective:To investigate the relations between diabetic retinal damage and the generation of transforming growth factor β2 ( TGF- β 2 )and the function mechanism of TGF- β2 .Methods : The diabetic hamster model was established by injection of streptozotocin. The expression of TGF- β2 in the retina of the diabetic hamsters (16w) was determined by immunohistochemical technique, Changes of uhrastructure were observed by electron microscope. Results :The reaction for TGF- β 2 was negative in normal retina.However, TGF- β2 did express in the retina of diabetic hamsters .Uhrastructure made evident changes.Conclusion:TGF-β2 plays a significant role in the development of diabetic retinopathy.
