摘要
目的:分析儿童在口腔疾病治疗时的心理特征及变化。方法:在口腔门诊随机选择600例1～14岁的牙病患儿,通过观察儿童的情绪和行为表现进行心理状况的分析和变化规律的总结。结果:不同年龄阶段的患儿在治疗中均有迥异的表现,并且对不同的口腔器械亦有不同的心理反映。结论:儿童就诊时医护人员应有区别地针对不同年龄患儿进行心理诱导。
Objective： The psychological characters and differences in the dental operation are analysed. Method： 600 patients from 1 to 14 at our department are selected randomly. With the studying on the children＇s emotion and behavior, we analyse the rule of their psychological changing. Result： Different age groups show different during the operation： and psychological reactions at the different kinds of medical instruments are different. Conclusion： During the operation, medical staff should use different method to induce the children depending on the different ages.
