新型硅凝胶膜充填式加强型痛疤痕贴治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察充填式加强型疤痕贴治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:共72例增生性瘢痕患者,采用同体自身对照方法,设立平板式疤痕贴对照组,应用时间4个月,观察增生性瘢痕性状和症状的变化。结果:和对照组相比,充填式加强型疤痕贴组增生性疤痕性状和症状减轻较快,统计学分析具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:充填式加强型疤痕贴治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效优于平板式疤痕贴,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the effect of new type filling silicone cica-gel on hypertrophic scar. Methods There are 72 patients with hypertrophic scar. Self control method was used with plate silicone cica-gel as control groups. The character and symptom were observed for 4 months. Results Compared with the control groups, the character and symptom of hypertrophic scar groups treated with new type filling silicone cica-gel decreased quickly, and there is obvious difference in statistics between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of new type filling silicone cica-gel on hypertrophic scar is better than that of plate silicone cica-gel, and should be recommended for clinical use.
