摘要 目的:探讨EllipseFlex强脉冲光的脱毛效果。方法:应用EllipseFlex强脉冲光脱毛仪对365例患者进行治疗,根据毛发颜色深浅、粗细及浓密程度,选择合适的治疗参数,每次治疗间隔时间40 ̄60天。结果:365例患者均能耐受治疗,治疗3~7次,总有效率96.16%。根据治疗部位不同效果有差别,2例患者治疗后皮肤出现水疱,1例出现一过性色素沉着,无瘢痕等其他并发症发生。结论:EllipseFlex强脉冲光脱毛效果可靠,操作简单、快捷,是一种较理想的脱毛方法。 Objective To examine the hair removal effect of Ellipse Flex intense pulsed light (IPL). Methods 365 patients with unwanted hair were treated with Ellipse Flex IPL system. Each case was treated with appropriate parameters according to the color, diameter and density of the hair at intervals of 40 to 60 days until total clearing was achieved. Results All the patients were well tolerant without anesthesia. The unwanted hairs were wholly removed after 3 to 7 procedures with the total effective rate 96.16%. The hair of axilla, upper extremity, lower extremity and groin has the best therapy effect. After treatment, there were blister in 2 cases and temporary pigmentation 1 case. No long-term pigmentation and scarring happened. Conclusion Ellipse Flex IPL is an ideal and securing hair removal method because of the credible effect, simple and rapid operation, and no serious side effects.
