摘要
5例患者均为男性，年龄59-82岁。阴囊及其周围皮肤红斑，斑块，糜烂和瘙痒，病程3个月到2年。2例在外院按湿疹治疗无效，皮损范围渐大，1例伴有高血压病和前列腺增生，其余4例均无伴随疾病。
