摘要 目的:评价外照射联合组织间插植对舌癌的治疗效果。方法:1991年至2000年本科收治的外照射联合组织间插植治疗的舌癌患者25例,分析其治疗效果及副作用。结果:局部控制率达84%,3年总生存率为72%,疾病特异性生存率达76%,3例患者出现不同程度的晚期并发症,1例患者出现远处转移。结论:外照射联合组织间插植是治疗舌癌的有效方法。 Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of external beam radiotherapy （EBRT） and brachytherapy （BT） on tongue carcinoma. Methods： Since 1991 to 2000, 25 patients with tongue cancer received EBRT and BT. The curative and side effect were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The local control rate was 76%. The 3-year overall survival （OS） and dlsease-specific survival （DSS） rate was 72% and 76%, respectively. The metastasis occurred in one patient. Three patients （12%） developed different complications. Conclusions： The external irradiation in combination with interstitial interposition is an effective method for the treatment of tongue cancer.
