摘要
正电子发射断层显像（PET）是一项先进的医学分子影像技术。近年来，这一技术的临床应用日益增多。目前，PET检查对多种疾病的诊断和治疗指导价值正逐步得到认可，部分项目已列入美国等西方发达国家的医保报销范围。在我国，PET技术的应用也在迅速增长。本文在简单介绍这一技术的基本原理和主要优势的基础上，对其在肿瘤和心、脑疾患中的临床应用进展情况进行了概述，并对该领域当前的应用研究热点-PET／CT技术的优势与不足进行了讨论。
As an advanced medical imaging mode to provide the molecular-level information of diseases, positron emission tomography （PET） has been increasingly used in a variety of clinical conditions in recent years. In a few developed countries, some of these applications have been covered by insurance. In China, clinical application of PET is also rapidly developing. This article briefly introduces the basic principle of PET and its main advantages and weakness.
